All paperwork for Athletics must be completed electronically and a MSHSAA physical uploaded in Healthy Roster for your student to participate in Athletics at Rosati-Kain High SchoolAthletics will NOT be accepting paper copies of forms or physicals.


Freshman must get a physical to enter their freshman year of athletics. Returning students must have a physical dated within two years on file. Parents/Students must have all forms, including physicals, completed,uploaded and submitted through Healthy Roster by 5 p.m. Friday, August 5 to participate Monday, August 8th at the respective tryout time and location no exceptions.


To get started using Healthy Roster please look for your invitation email and follow the directions. Invitations to current athletes were sent out during June 1, 2022. Invitations to new students were sent to the email address provided to the registrar.
