Reporting to the President, this position serves on the senior leadership team as the academic leader of faculty and students. The ideal candidate is an innovative visionary who values student-centered experiential education and empowering young women in a spiritual environment. The principal is charged with integrating RKA’s mission into all aspects of the school community.

Innovative Curriculum and Instructional Leadership:
• Directs innovative instructional leadership across all curricular and co-curricular programs
• Develops subject-matter expertise on the best evidence-based pedagogical practices in order to inspire and mentor faculty’s professional growth
• Collaborates with faculty to establish curricular goals and ensures vertical and horizontal alignment that supports the mission
• Collaborates with faculty to provide culturally responsive teaching as well as experiential and transdisciplinary learning opportunities
• Provides constant and clear communication and feedback to faculty, students, and families

Leader of the Student Experience:

• Works with appropriate faculty and staff to promote students' academic success
Other Responsibilities:
• Manages day-to-day operations of the school

• Attends selected events on and off-campus
• Oversees budgets and other financial/business responsibilities related to academics, extra-curricular activities and the student-experience
• Assists in recruitment, retention, and hiring of diverse faculty and staff
• Manages scheduling and calendar planning
• Collaborates with director of admissions and other administrators to recruit students who are academically prepared for Rosati-Kain
• Has primary responsibility for designing and implementing programs and policies related to school safety

POSITION SUMMARY
The Annual Giving Manager reports to the President and serves as a member of the development team. This position plans and manages all aspects of the Annual Giving program as well as being responsible for maintaining donor and alumnae data integrity within the donor database. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will work closely with the President, Major Gifts officer and other members of the development team to identify, cultivate, solicit and recognize individual donors, design and execute annual appeals and meet annual giving budget goals.
Responsibilities will include:
• Design, implement, and grow RKA’s annual giving program in consultation with the President
• Inform, engage, connect, and solicit current, lapsed, and prospective donors
Engage RKA alumnae
• Maintain and cultivate individual donor records in the donor database
• Support the Major Gifts Officer and President through data mining and segmentation
• Coordinate stewardship efforts of current donors to retain and encourage repeat and increased giving year to year
• Work with marketing team to create and execute donor solicitations
• Lead RKA’s 24 hours of giving campaign
• Lead RKA’s annual City Lights Auction and Gala with support from event coordinator and Major Gifts officer
• Work with event coordinator to plan donor events
• Solicit individual prospects and/or recommend prospects to other members of the team for solicitation at other appropriate gift levels
• Support other departmental responsibilities connected to; prospect research, event coordination, donor communications, and any other development-related duties as assigned by the President
QUALIFICATIONS
Three to five years of fundraising experience in annual giving/other fundraising campaigns and appeals, with an emphasis in individual/annual solicitation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive) and other relevant database and office software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and meeting minutes.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage a high volume of work efficiently.
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and interact professionally with Board members, staff, and external stakeholders.
Experience in event and project management in a professional environment.
Strong communication skills with ability and comfort speaking in small and large groups.
Ability to work some nights and weekends, as needed for events and deadlines.
Knowledge of online fundraising tools.

OVERVIEW
Rosati-Kain Academy is seeking a part-time, seasonal Director of Theatre Arts to lead our year-long theatre program. The Director works to cultivate student interest and passion for the performing arts while managing all aspects of production from planning and rehearsals through final performances. This role includes directing productions, managing theatre spaces and resources, supervising production personnel, and collaborating with school leadership on production selection and approval.
The Director of Theatre Arts will oversee three annual productions:
● Fall Black Box Production
● Winter Play
● Spring Musical
Typical rehearsal hours are between 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. during the school year, with additional evening and weekend commitments during production weeks. This position follows a seasonal schedule, with workload and hours increasing during audition, rehearsal, and performance periods and decreasing between productions.
REQUIREMENTS
● Passion for theatre education and the performing arts
● Commitment to fostering creativity, confidence, leadership, and teamwork in students ● Experience directing theatrical productions
● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, faculty, and community members
● Knowledge of theatre production, including directing, technical theatre, and production management
● Ability to recruit, supervise, and collaborate with adjunct specialists and production staff
● Knowledge of lighting, sound, set design, costumes, and stage management ● Ability to motivate and inspire adolescents
● Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, English, Education, or a related field preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program Leadership and Management
● Oversee the annual theatre season, including a Black Box production, play, and musical
● Manage theatre facilities, equipment, costumes, props, and production resources ● Develop production calendars, rehearsal schedules, and budgets
● Collaborate with school leadership to select and approve productions that align with the mission and resources of Rosati-Kain Academy
2. Directing and Instruction
● Lead auditions, casting, rehearsals, and performances
● Provide instruction, feedback, and mentorship to student performers ● Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages artistic growth, responsibility, and teamwork
● Help students develop performance skills, stage presence, and confidence 3. Student Leadership and Collaboration
● Encourage student participation in production planning and creative decisions ● Provide opportunities for students to contribute to design, marketing, and technical theatre
● Mentor student stage managers, crew leaders, and theatre officers ● Promote a collaborative culture that encourages ownership and learning 4. Production Coordination
● Coordinate all aspects of productions, including technical, design, and performance elements
● Recruit, supervise, and collaborate with adjunct specialists and production staff, including music directors, choreographers, technical directors, and designers ● Collaborate with the Music Director and Choreographer to create efficient rehearsal schedules and maintain artistic consistency
● Communicate expectations, schedules, and production needs with students, families, and staff
● Ensure productions are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget 5. Promotion and Community Engagement
● Assist with promotion through school communications, social media, and community outreach
● Involve students in publicity and audience engagement efforts
● Support partnerships with alumnae, community organizations, and local theatre professionals
